Step 1: contact us

Once you've decided you like what we have to offer, get ahold of us VIA Email, Phone, or Contact Form and we can answer any initial questions you may have and we'll gather a few basic details from you and move forward to scheduling a 'Meet N' Greet' with you and your dog at a time that's most convenient for you! Typically these meetings happen later in the day, after you're out of work, etc.

step 2: Meet n' Greet

One of us will come visit you at your home to meet with you and your pup and see their personality and get to know their specific needs, as well as your exercise goals for them. This meeting is important to make sure we get them the service that is best suited to them and make sure we're all on the same page! This meeting will probably take no longer than 30 minutes, we can probably get your dog set up to their first hike or walk the very next day.

step 3: here we go!

At this point we've all gotten to know each other and we know for absolute sure we're a good fit and everything is all ready to go! This will have you make your account through our client login (located at the top of the page) with information about both you and your dog, and be as thorough as possible with details about your dog so we can get them the best experience possible! This is also the point where we make your dogs schedule and you specify your session time window preferences and get the show on the road! We strive to make this the easiest experience for you, there are no contracts and all of our invoicing, payments, and scheduling are done online!
